From the Organizer
Join us at Denver Pride as we commemorate our 50th anniversary through the ultimate celebration of love, diversity, and equality. This spectacular two-day festival unites communities from across Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region, bringing in an estimated attendance of over 550,000 people in 2023.
Experience the legacy as we kick off the weekend with the Pride 5K on Saturday, June 22, 2024, followed by the iconic two-day Denver PrideFest event at Civic Center Park boasting 250+ exhibitors, 30 food vendors, and captivating live performances. Sunday’s Coors Light PrideFest Parade flaunts colorful floats, marchers, music, and more, drawing over 100,000 spectators along 14 blocks of Colfax Avenue up to Civic Center Park, where day two celebrations continue. Come together with us to create an unforgettable experience as we honor 50 years of Denver Pride.
New this year, Denver Pride is proud to partner with The Rainbow Market Denver to create the inaugural Gayborhood Market, a space dedicated to supporting local LGBTQ+ small businesses, entrepreneurs, craft-makers, and artisans by lowering the cost barrier to access PrideFest participation. Applications are now closed due to the overwhelming interest from approximately 100 wonderful businesses and we cannot wait to showcase the offerings from those we have selected!
This year’s inaugural market will be located in Lincoln Veterans Memorial Park, adding to the excitement of Pride’s festivities. If you were interested in signing up, we look forward to seeing your application next year and hope to see you at Denver PrideFest enjoying your peers’ offerings!
Sponsorship Opportunities Available
Denver Pride provides a unique opportunity for corporations and organizations to show their solidarity with the LGBTQ+ community at the largest pride festival in the Rocky Mountain region. Sponsors enjoy unparalleled access to all official PrideFest activities, with both in-person and online messaging opportunities. Most importantly, sponsors support the mission of The Center on Colfax, a non-profit organization serving Colorado’s LGBTQ+ community with year-round services for mental health, youth, young and older adults, and the transgender community, as well as events, activities, and training programs. If you have specific questions regarding sponsorships, contact Kris Sickles at ksickles@lgbtqcolorado.org.
